I think you mean South Korea (big difference) and that is only 2.9%, which is about 3 out of every 100. That is significant when 40, 50, 60 years ago we didn't even know the word.

I'm beginning to believe that either they've changed the vaccines from what they once were and/or it is a combination of vaccines, gmos, chemtrails, lack of minerals, etc. that is actually effecting these children. I don't know. But, I do know my Grandma was right in everything she told me. "If you put stuff on a plant that kills bugs, then it can't be very good for humans either".
