E-mails have come to light which indicate that they knew, ( they ) being those running the show at Penn State, and simply covered it up. Not only that, they kept the guy near to the University allowing him access to the facility as well as the kids.........

The audacity/ignorance/arrogance of these leaders is blatantly evident based on this action alone................it's more than likely what really killed Jo Pa....the psychological tole must have been a huge burden.

I've always said, and yes this is merely my opinion, that there is more than likely more than just Sandusky abusing kids at Penn State.............if not Penn State than surely someone of the board or near the board of the foundation Sandusky was said to have set up " The Second Mile " or WTF ever it is.......How else would anyone ever go along with such a cover-up?????????

At first the media named a few people on that board.........since then those first mentioned have distanced themselves from any ink related to that foundation........some of the names are of very very famous people...

Not implying anything....................just look it up for yourself if you've an interest....probably wiped clean by now. I do remember a few...

Imagine the liability born from such a ridiculous decision to sweep it all under the rug.

This is very very important because it will illustrate just exactly how this thing took place for so very long, with none of any real substance, power, taking any relevant action.

It's been reported today/yesterday that the FBI is actively investigating the possibility that Sandusky's ridiculous foundation was nothing more than a cover for a Sex Ring.. That he passed off some of the victims to other Men closely connected to Penn State..

Stop and think...Just exactly how big was Joe Pa after all...My opinion....Not very big at all, the investigation will prove this in one of only two ways.

1 ) It will be proven so and all will be exposed.
2 ) The investigation will suddenly stop dead in it's tracks as the bread crumbs lead to places off limits to those charged will Investigating..

I said this in the very beginning to Dan Patrick via e-mail.

For this to have gone on so long undetected can mean only one thing. Others must have had to have been involved, only those would be people 10 X's larger than either Joe Pa or Penn State itself. JMHO.

Maybe they let some low level dude fall on his sword as a token for those violated, maybe not......one can only hope that someone has enough balls to do what's right, not only for and by the victims, but by the level of, rule of the Law.

I said in the very beginning...................there were/are so VERY VERY high profile people associated with that Foundations board, on it even......I'll not name names, one can look for themselves. That's if they still exist and haven't as of yet been deleted into oblivion.

What do/did they know? What will they or have they done since?

The only thing good our of all this is possibly the floodgates of victims coming forward, not just in this Penn State situation, but in similar things all over the country from high schools to scouts. We seem to live in a era where coming out is a trend, from Gays coming out, to notable people coming out with stories of abuse, and cases like this of sexual abuse. WE are no longer a society of keeping things quiet and not letting things out. These preditors depend that the victims would rather be ashamed and remain quiet, than to admit to this kind of thing. The shame and embarrassment of it, is like victims of rape thinking it was there fault. I think a lot of people are shaking in their boots right now, not only the predetors, but those who covered things up. We all know how the Catholic Church is paying for their own coverups, now a major university, and that might spread to levels of the city officials who swept this under the carpet, for the sake of the money made with the team for the town. They all knew this would ruin them. Unfortunatly the ones who will pay the price will be the sorounding citizens of that town, employees of the University who may loose jobs as the University enrollment declines. Its a mess for Penn State, what new student would pick them to go to now. Thats why they covered this up, the scandel would distroy the football and the University, and it will.

I agree with a lot of your reason, only this isn't, or wasn't about money or the University, or the Football program....It was about powerful people engaging in an activity that they wanted to keep engaging in.....a sickness, or illness if you will..

You see it ( if you're willing to look ) in almost every aspect of today's society.

The victims at first are stripped of this innocence and then exploited....some times exploited for money ( I can show many many examples of this ) sometimes, like in this case, for personal satisfaction....

The story put forward by the Media is always the obvious..." Oh they wanted to protect their cash cow " " The program " That's pure bullshit............the truth is that they wanted to protect themselves and keep on keeping on with their sick and twisted fascination with under-aged boys.....They all should be shot for such criminal activity...JMHO

This is going on in ( as you say ) many many places within today's world.....it's both very sad, and very very sick..

I've an opinion about many things in this regard but should remain silent as to not inflame those who lack the knowledge or guts to see the light.

Take closeted gay politicians for example......Why must they always live a lie by having a token wife and 2 kids to hide behind? Think about it! Everyone here can name more than just a few, only will they do it and then talk about how they feel about it. These are people governing and making decisions that affect your everyday world........

This Penn State thing is bigger than Football, I said that in the very beginning. It went on far too long and that could only happen because people involved were in a position to cover it up as if nothing sinister was really going on.. Who knows how much money was paid to people to do " WHATEVER " Shut up, look away, 4 get about it............I mean common sense say's this has to be the case...

Having the FBI involved only ( in my opinion) validates that point to a tee.

Blackmail is common practice in the circles where these kinds of people operate. Getting caught with an under-aged boy, complete with photos would tend to have someone on a string for a LIFETIME...

The Elite of the world run many many ops via blackmail, some just via Money..others via control...Who knows how deep this Penn State Crime really goes?

What will be lost in all the smoke and mirrors? The victims of course. They get lost when the trail bumps up against someone involved who signs the paychecks of those charged with finding the guilty...
