We had Jesse as our governor for awhile...he didn't keep any of the promises that got him elected.
At least he had brains enough (or someone on his staff did) not to seek a Second Term. The guy is a joke.

He's an agent, a tool of the PTB, never doubt that. He's more that just a joke, yet that's the whole idea behind the ruse.
