I really want to know if and how someone can d/l youtube vids with a bitrate of higher than 96, if there's a free site that does that. Keepvid is 96 tops.
To get the avatars to work, they have to be the right proportions of course and what I did was I used an Adobe product called ImageReady 3.0 to lower the quality so that it fits into the filesize limit on BV. There's a couple of free programs that might help. Super by erightsoft and GIF resizer.. But re-sizing it might not be enough the quality would have to be reduced.
I probably used windows movie maker to cut to the little clip I have. Then I took that clip and converted to a GIF using Super. Then Adobe Imageready to lower the quality though that can probably be done in Super--Haven't tried that.
