Hi everyone, I live in Cape Town, South Africa and am so exited that I discovered this site. For as long as I can remember, I am interested in UFO's and the possibility of meeting an alien life form. I am fortunate that I spend most of my Holidays in a place where there is no electricity, so no artificial lights to prevent me from looking at the night’s sky. As a youngster, I used to marvel at the stars, especially on a moonless night and just knew that we are not alone. I spent nights sitting by the river mouth while fishing and watching the sky, hoping to see something. That said, to my disappointment, I have never seen a UFO or anything even resembling proof of alien beings visiting us. Still though, I am a believer and know that, in the entire universe we can see, why would God only create living beings on this one small dot? (I am a creationist by the way, don't hold it against me
)
With the help of the information on this forum and web site, I hope to better understand how to look for them. (I already thought of getting a decent infra red night sight)
If anyone can direct me to people in the Western Cape that spotted UFO's or have any information about UFO sightings in South Africa, I would be most grateful.
That my friends, is my interest in a nut shell. I hope to someday soon contribute more to this site with my own encounter and some photos.
