I think masterbation ..the practice of it..is just about one of the healthiest things a person can do for themself..personally.
Unless and until it becomes an unhealthy compulsion/addiction, because like all things that feel really good..that can happen..so be careful...that's all I have to say on that as a female that 'wacks off' at least once a day (on average..hey..it helps me sleep..lol).
