Sandra.

For sure you should stop a bit and think about what might be happenning to you with all those various scans you've had and are planning to get.

Don't get paranoid. But realize you've probably gone way into the danger zone and to get back to the green line you are going to have to change some things about the way you manage your health.

The worst thing possible is that you've prepped yourself for various cancers. So if your condition becomes poor at some time in the near future you would be more liable to succumb to chronic degenerative diseases and cancers. - But you are in your twenties so you've probably got room for more mistakes than someone twenty years older than you such as I.

Here in Japan people are actively encouraged to get a whole list of tests yearly. Most of them include a scan of some kind - using EM (Electro-Magnetic radiation). - And most people get them. But not me. I've never had them and I don't intend to. But I may in the case of a serious road accident or the like. Neither does our family vaccinate. Actually we almost never go to hospital. I take care to learn the right thing to do when one of us is injured or ill, and I teach my wife and we have NO regrets about taking responsibility for our own health and feel we are better off than most because we largely don't use prescribed pharmaceuticals.

Maybe I'm the paranoid one? But I just don't trust modern health care. Most of this is because I don't trust the drugs coming out these days. I like the natural ways if at all possible.

* And women just have to be the biggest guinea-pigs for Big Pharma! It's the mammograms that give you that breast cancer and it's them and the pharms giving you auto-immune disorders.

Americans are in pretty bad shape for being conned by Rockerfeller's lethal cocktails after his mob outlawed the safe and the natural ways.

Srry I didn't see this earlier. Actually mael I have not gone any further with the scans, as funny as this may sound to some people, this thread was created, and I was aware of the timing this information was coming to me- So I chose to delay on any near future CT Scans atleast until I get a handle on things. My perception of all this is still a bit cloudy. At the time, these scans were absolutley necessary to my life.

Don't sound paranoid to me. I like natural remedies as well, and I do not trust modern health care either. My situation I talked of was dire. But I realise there are no exceptions in any areas of our life -as far as learning to depend on ourselves. Whether I see the doctor or not, I'm always working on putting my intuition first.

Oh so true, some of the testing on these drugs for women are done outside of the US. Well I know alot of birth control and other hormonal drugs at one time were tested in Puerto Rico before ever being approved.

I don't do mammograms....infact I'm very careful about my care under a physician. My uncle who is an Anesthesiologist gave me a book years ago, it was fascinating. Explained that at some point every so many years there is a large number of doctors that come out of their residency around the same time period, etc etc, and it goes on to explain the impact of their 'learning' errors. Wish I had the book still, or could find more info on these statistics. I'm going to see what I can find.

I think I know what you mean, Sandra. I go on my way and suddenly something 'clicks,' like a light coming on and I see something or find some useful truth. No one told me anything about 'it,' and I ask my neighbours but no one has a clue. Then I come online and there's always someone who knows what I mean.

Those people who answer my questions (spoken and unspoken) come from the most unlikeliest places, but the 'ring' of truth is unmistakable. These moments are major turning points in my life.

And I know you're still only in your twenties so you can still do lot of crazy stuff and survive - but - as I get older I find it is essential to find the right way for me, and many times this does not involve doctors, scans and pharmaceuticals.

Am I right? I don't know. But I'm right for me.

I hope I scared you enough to reinforce your own suspicions and hesitancy with those dubious scams - Opps! I meant 'scans.'

Yes it has helped, thank you.
Sometimes things do come from the most unlikeliest places.. ;)

However, I need to try and not 'worry' about anything with my health stirring up again. That doesn't do me any good, and since I have decided to not go through with more scans, I've had alot of resistance. My hospital stay was not short under the care of a specialist, and my family is still worried that I'm at risk. I'm feeling well.
