Another emotion still lingered on though ,my 5 year old Siberian husky (female) died at the vets 3 days before.I have refused to think too much about this since i buried her

sometimes we miss our animals and have loved our anima as much, or more than we even loved the humans in our lives.
I have three old cats (one is 14..two, brothers are 17) their two brothers died a year and two years ago..I raised them since kittenhood.
I understand.

I figure it's usually a scam for drugs or alcohol..but I figure..whatever gets them through the day(empathy, right?.."walk a mile in my shoes" and such)

I personally never begged from anyone. But if I were more desperate, I would have. Luckily I didn't need drugs or alcohol to get me through the day.

There was a creepy children's show the mysterious stranger by mark twain where everyone was made of playdough. there was an angel called satan who created living clay people.
so there were three levels
clay constructions
the observers of the experiment (also clay)
the angel (again, also clay)
Mark Twain was there too, also clay.

We just might be all made of the same stuff, angels and all.

I never give homeless people money, unless they straight up say that it's for drugs or alcohol. I will, however, offer to buy them some food. When I first implemented this policy I was utterly SHOCKED at how many people became irate when I wouldn't give them money and only offered them food.

I'm not so naive these days and I don't find it quite so shocking, but still... If I was homeless and some guy I asked for money offered to buy me a pizza I'd be fucking stocked!

it's sick really

like when you are watchign ants and soemtimes you're in the mood to let em' live and be impressed by them..and other days you grap the hose and drown an ant city (you, in so=cal, get that, I'm sure..I miss so-cal..whimper..where there are a-lot of homeless..unlike here..where it's fricken too freezing..like those poor ants..the winter would onlyfreeze them inot hobosicles)
