CIA FOIA

I was reading a FOIA request that the CIA has on their site. The FOIA document was a paper on The Soviet Bioastronautics Research Program. Published 22 February 1962. Several of the pages the redaction was very heavy but it didn't give a reason for the redaction.

Has anyone ever requested a FOIA with less redaction on the pages? The paper is like 47 years old what could possibly be so top secret.
