China economy to surpass US by 2016

In addition, there is apparently evidence to suggest that the Chinese economy has already surpassed the US. If you adjust the currency valuation, in 2010 the US GDP was 14.6 trillion whereas China was 14.8 trillion

Furthermore, the US economy grew only 1.7% in 2011 whereas China grew 9.7% This means that if China maintains this path, their economy will DOUBLE in only 10 years.

When the USA surpassed England in 1890 as the worlds richest economy, we never looked back.

It was fun, but it look like it's over.... or soon to be anyway
