None of us, eh? Quite the assumption, that.

Yeah, I noticed that too. I guess I must be an atheist because I don't believe in a story about talking snakes and magic fruit.

My beliefs largely did not come from any book (except the works of David Hawkins). But, yeah, atheism and Christianity are certainly not the only two options.

Don't you know? Luke Skywalker is the reason Jesus exists.

Sounds like the principle the universe is based on. :o

Hawkins is a powerful speaker and has expressed interesting stuff, but I think he also is quite a crackpot too.

Of course, the same could be (and has been) said of Alan Watts and Terence McKenna, and I could still listen to those guys talk forever. :D

Well as soon as Hawkins starts calibrating and numerically assessing consciousness and truth, I kind of part ways with him.

Yeah... "Spiritual" truths (if you want to call it that) seem expressible only up to a point, from my experience. Then language usually starts to fail.

I had a really, really, really, very so profound experience it is not possible to express in words how so very profound it was. :shh: :shh:

Thanks for misrepresenting everything I've said in this forum. You guys truly have no talent for discussion. Both greeney and I attempted to explain what was said, so you could understand, but you failed in your ability to comprehend.

I can firmly state that you do not understand what was said... That is not a insult, it is a fact. You simply did not understand and I dont know what else can be said to help you.. but I guess that is Ok because it is clear you have more interest in making fun of others than understanding their point of view.

Once again, a black vault topic has turned from an intelligent discussion into one of sarcasm and stupidity.

This is my last post for this topic. Just know that no matter what you say in addition to this, it does not change the way I feel.

So please... continue your small comedy routine, I for one wont waste my time reading it... and it does not seem many other are either.

Indeed, Luke Skywalker implying Jesus exists is a comedy routine.

This article may be of interest in regards to ID.

Is the universe computable? If so, it may be much cheaper in terms of information requirements to compute all computable universes instead of just ours. I apply basic concepts of Kolmogorov complexity theory to the set of possible universes, and chat about perceived and true randomness, life, generalization, and learning in a given universe.

1) The Avengers
2) Therefore, God exists

It's the classic argumentum ad comicbookmovieum.

You're better off saying:

1) Scarlett Johansson
2) Therefore, God exists

Argumentem ad niceboobsium.
