Wait, controls 60% of the seas? Where do you get your pro-Aussie information?

Pick a different word, we have two oceans.

& then there is Japan .......

Who Australia has already beaten in war' that many times it's not funny.

Besides World War 2, what are these "many times" you speak of?
War is an extension of economics and diplomacy through other means.

Economics and diplomacy are methods of securing resources used by humans.

Securing resources is the one necessary behavior for all living things.

In 348 BC King Cobber of Australia defeated Japan after a pincer manoevre half-way down Mt Kosiosco (as it was spelt then).

In 1320 (or thereabouts) Australia once again defeated Japan after Shogun Nastyass tried to annex Wallongatta. This is how they lost out on the geishas and had to get their head-jobs from Thais from then on.

In WW II the Japs clobbered Oz and there was bugger all they could do about it until the Japs were starved, out of fuel and atom-bombed.

What were the other occasions?

The Japs bombed Darwin and tried to take over Port Moresby, but then tucked tail and ran after we jacked Midway from them.

But I didn't know about the other two, so thats interesting. Although 3 doesn't really count as "many more times".

You know, I can never tell with you. You need some kind of tell, or a little sarcasm symbol.

I can only pick out my own sarcasm, never anyone else's.

Aye, same here... Makes me look kinda ignorant considering I'm pretty sarcastic myself..

Oh well. One of those little consequential things in life I have no bearing over.. :)
