The problem lies with the President and no one else. He was using ambassador stevens to run arms to Syria Via Turkey, hoping no one would find out about it. Then either, he thought stevens would talk, or he was going to use him as a ploy, to kidnap right before the election and be swept into office. So it must have been the former, since. I think he used computer software fraud, to be re-elected. And evidently he thought stevens was better off dead than alive, because he didnt lift one little finger to send any aid in, to save him from being slaughtered. I hope he is proud of himself and his incompassionate and loving benevolance towards an american in need.
