Tuesday night - 9:35 pm - Clear skies – A small, dim, blue light came into my view heading east, straight above my head. Within a few seconds, it flashed as brightly as a typical star in a bright blue/ white color and then disappeared from site. Along the same path moments later, the object faded back in to view subtly and flashed brightly again and disappeared a second time. About 30 seconds later, along the same path in the Eastern sky, the light came back into to view and travelled straight and uninterrupted until it was out of sight. I recorded the last few moments with my phone in HD, unfortunately I can't post because the file is too large at this time. I would estimate the object to outside of the stratosphere, several miles above the surface of the Earth. It moved more slowly than a typical satellite, of which I’ve seen hundreds.
