I have always noted that there is a main sighting event that will have strategic guardians shadowing the main sighting. I would only describe the secondary objects as controlled remote surveillence devices operating with artificial intelligences. I see that there is a blurr up close in the sky that would pass for a secondary sighting. But then it just might be a blurr.
