Did you know it is a high priority of the National Security Intelligence Organizations to enhance cognitive function. In fact it is not just a priority of one or two of the agencies but all of the 'higher order' groups. We are talking the National Research Council and so forth.

Okay, so they know the value of intelligence and knowledge. Again it cannot be stressed enough the real front is not just the competition of those who 'know the truth' but also 'those who have the knowledge.' If you don't think so look at the power and influence of the Rockefeller's yet they run entire private universities hiring the most ingenious minds in the nation to do their learning for them.
