This medical study seems to imply that people with left wing ideology are born bad. Libs see no difference in pictures of horror and pictures of babies and stuff. Well that explains a lot. Libs are too tolerant of evil and tyranny in the world which is why they were against taking out Saddam. No shock there.

Explains why libs often side with people like Joseph Stalin, Kim Jong Il, Fidel Castro, Mao Tse-Tung, Adolf Hitler, etc. They see nothing wrong with the things those people did I guess.
Do you want a society run by people like that?
I guess it always was the Eloi vs. the Morlocks. But H.G. Wells got it wrong in one sense. He portrayed the Morlocks as evil. In reality its the Eloi who are evil, too dumb to know right from wrong.
But in Wells' future... "Liberals. They're what's for dinner." |

I think this is junk science because political beliefs are derived from socialization factors; family, peers, media, schools, institutions, and personal experiences. To think our political inclinations are somehow tied to our genes is ludicrous. The people conducting this study must be channeling Plato or something. The study does not even mention how big the sampling was.
And your title is misleading; where in the article does it say or even pose the question: "Liberals Are Genetically Bad?"

I don't know. Your brain forms based on instructions from your DNA. Other tendencies have been linked to genes. True, people can choose to "disobey their DNA" but it still creates tendencies. It is not junk science, although it does need further study in more detail. Behavior between twins is directly related to DNA. Seems reasonable that DNA effects your political tendencies as well. For example, memory is passed down via DNA. That's how babies know to hold their breath when they go under water and how to suckle.

I should have said Socialists, not Liberals but then Liberals left liberalism a long time ago. George Washington was a liberal but he would be strung up by the LIBs of today.
Socialists are evil. They reject any and every concept of morality. Its self evident. And if they are genetically Socialist and Socialists are evil then they are genetically evil. Offensive maybe but still true. |

What do you mean by "know". I don't want to know or associate with Socialists so none of my friends are. But I know OF quite a few. Just turn on CNN, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, Hollywood, any major US Newspaper, etc. Just listen to what the people preach. It isn't hard to see their ideology. They don't even try to hide it anymore.
Actually, I do know at least 4 personally. And one is a card carrying member of the US Communist party. I saw the card! Don't know if he created it himself or not but he had one. |

I just realized that I didn't address this. Yes, the study did, just not in those words. They said that, and I am paraphrasing, people with left leaning ideology did not have any difference in response to images of gore and images of other things. That, to me, says they are evil. Liberals (Socialists if you prefer) see nothing wrong with murder, the holocaust, blood, violence, etc. Very telling.
And this from people who claim they "care about the little people". What a crock. |
