Zendora: Taking this seriously for a moment, why I don't know but anyway, it's a bit late for anyone here to have the right answer since none of us are quite that old. So I'll take a stab at it and say: Pick one, for crying out loud! It's your beliefs at stake. If it's much-vaunted opinion you seek, you may be in the wrong website; substituting my less worthy one, try this on for size: Adam and Eve WERE 'cavemen'. Four feet tall, somewhat furry, and not quite human.  |

A and E could very well have been real...maybe first in a linage..the tale fits well allegorically if time isn't boxed in on our linear concept. Does it really matter? Seriously, It's the moral of the story that counts.
Now, I kinda like the 4 foot furry caveman angle. Do four foot furry cave people have morales? Aye, there's the rub...where's ma knife n fork muley!?!?  |

Six thousand years of recorded history with no noticeable improvement...we ain't evolving, man. Sorry. Algebra created over 3000 years ago without major improvements. Minimum height to join the Roman Legion was 5'8". Lifespan still about the same, 65-100 years, give or take. And we still have LAWYERS.
