Although I have only conversed with a couple of you here; Hello all!
I have not been on in a while, I have been busy with home improvements and traveling which brings me here logging on tonight!
I was wondering if there has been any recent postings about any UFO sightings (as in this month) in Paris, France.
My family and I just last week returned from a trip to Europe and we incountered/seen a UFO as well as thousands of others. We startd out in Paris then went to Ireland then to England and back to Paris; which is when we saw the object. Now I willl start by saying that my wife does not or did not believe in such things until this happened. So please bear with me as I lay out the event.
For the 20th edition of Europe Day, the Eiffel Tower turned blue and as night falls stobe lights light up the tower from top to bottom every hour on the hour for about ten minutes. So on the last leg of our trip my wife wanted to watch the light show one more time. We only stayed a couple blocks from the Tower so we walked over just before dusk. We were trying to find a good spot to watch the show so we decided to cross the bridge in front of the Tower and watch from across the river. a row of trees lined the wall on that side of the river, we were standing just clear of them and was about three hundred or so yards from the tower. It was about ten minutes to eleven and as we were looking at or watching the Tower for the lights to start. As we were looking up, out from behind the trees came this object. It was hard to tell just how big it was but from where we were standing it looked to be the size of a softball and a perfect circle, it was glowing as if and the only way I can discribe it is like an amber burns in a charcoal grill fire and it had three to four spouts of fire or flame coming from it from different locations around it not just from the bottom of it. as we noticed it I heard someone from the crowd say meteor, at that point I looked out across the crowds of people to see if they we looking at the same thing my wife and I were looking at and they were, everyone that I could see was watching this object. I looked back at the object and watched. As my wife and I watched this thing we discussed what it may be; she said maybe it was an airplane on fire, I explained to her that if it were a plane on fire it would be falling or taking a downward approach towards the ground. The object held a horizontal flight path. It was not moving at a great speed either, it moved or flew at a slow constant steady pace.
As I looked away from it to look at the crowd of on lookers it was moving from right to left headed towards the Tower. When I looked back at it was on the other side of the Tower. So I did not know if it went behind the Tower or in front of it, later my wife told me it went behind it.
The object held its horizontal flight path moving away from us. We watched it until it got to about the size of a dime then it took a slight quick ascent and was gone, high-lighting the cloud cover as it went through.
My wife and I talked about this for hours and tried every way possible to explain what we saw but could not.
Anything man made, on fire, would be on a downward decent, even a meteor would not keep a horizontal flight path for the amount of time we watched this thing.
So I leave it up to you to try and explain this UFO.
Oh! One minor detail of this unexplained event it was the only time that my wife who is a shutter bug at heart did not have camera with her. When we left the hotel and was already on the street, I offered to go back up to the room and get her camera but she said she had enough pictures of the Tower and that it would be ok. I even asked her twice if she was sure she did not want me to get it.
So if anyone has heard of this or has seen photos of it or movie clips, please send me a link to where I can find it! I have been searching the Web but to no avail.

no pics
add this to the thousands of other stories
this is why we continue to be baffled by ufo's  |

Hi,
Although I realize this as a significant point, there were hunderds of cameras flashing off at this object.
My hopes are that someone out there posts a picture of it some where on the Web and that I might have a bit of luck finding it.
I have done a lot of traveling in my career and have seen some unusual and unexplained things, but none so vivid and witnessed by so many. |

How unfortunate  A light show or a blimp displaying a fiery exhibition for the crowd  No reports of this amazing UFO sight, witnessed by many in the news, YET? Maybe everyone knew what it was except you? Who knows?! You tell us |
