Someone reports a sighting to the relevant authorities….
The witness goes into great detail: shape, flight pattern etc….
If the relevant authorities know that the eye witness is describing a known alien craft or black project test vehicle, then why go to the trouble of typing out & filing it if they already know what it is?
Could it be the reason for doing this is cos they actually “don’t know” what it is? Therefore need to accumulate as much data as possible. What do you think?
