The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) is a bi-national United States and Canadian organization charged with the missions of aerospace warning and aerospace control for North America. Aerospace warning includes the monitoring of man-made objects in space, and the detection, validation, and warning of attack against North America whether by aircraft, missiles, or space vehicles, through mutual support arrangements with other commands.

mmm.... i cant think of anything else they could mean by "Space Vehicles" other than what we would term "UFO'S",
i wish we could ask them to eleborate by sending an email, if only they didnt have more important things to do than to answer public emails. |

By space craft I think they are alking about misssles or such coming from the inner reaches of outerspace or perhaps the Russian or Chinese high altitude craft. UFO's are probably in the mix somewhere, but that's a secret.
They have people who answer emails while the other employees maintain the security of our country.
