while reading about everything that's wrong with the world, because of liberals, it makes me somewhat aware, of what's wrong with conservatives..
( and i've thought of myself, as being conservative..until i started thinking on my own, which isn't allowed...for a conservative..but onwards..)
Conservatives always think the past was better..and wish to keep it that way..
well, guess what...things change, nothing ever sits still, and if dull brained "god crated the world 6249 years ago" can't deal with it...do the usual conservative thing, whine, and cry "NOT FAIR!"
George Washington, ( and his ilk, as Limbaugh would put it) was a LIBERAL!
even Abraham Lincoln, went all liberal on US.
feed slaves, and planned for a "lets make nice" restoration...conservatives blew his brains out, and northern conservatives raped the south afterwards...
we've been subjected to the worst 8 years as of late, to ever been engineered by conservatives, and it will take years to clean it up...but because it's a conservative mess, we are supposed to shut up and love it, or be unpatriotic.
well, that's idiotic.
and by the way, it's going to change, get over it...
liberals don't really care how liberal a person is..that's why they are so effective..
even a centrist is OK..
conservatives insist that a good conservative, is MORE conservative that the guy next to him..
put a liberal, and two conservatives in a room, and the two conservatives will fight each other, to be the most conservative..
idiots.
just be happy someone agrees with some of your crap.
conservatives MUST have someone tell them how conservative to be..
and IF that someone, steps to the left, EVEN if it's only to be more centrist, it's not good enough for them.
it's because they are deluded, and lost without guidence, and thus, HAVE to be told how to think, and are ONLY comfortable if EVERYONE thinks the SAME..
well, guess where you can find that kind of thinking?
put a hammer and sickle over it and salute..
( or a swastika, if you like parades..at night, lots of torches)
as far as wars and spending..
look at fearless, clueless leader the past eight years..
you know, first in peace and love boy?
most liberals, are merely centrists, that conservatives bad mouth, and would do better to sway by meeting at least seemingly halfways..
they work, send kids off to school and war, and just as in debt as most conservatives..
now, there ARE the crazy artistic, hollywood, weirdo lefties, and they aren't real..
just as country club, home in the Hamptons..condo in Miami, and rentals on Central Park, really care about working class republicans....
but conservatives don't like thinking that they are not included in the exclusive club party..
wake up.
but i got to tell you, i have REALLY enjoyed the last eight years, and fully credit your parties leader, and your party, for all the wonderful leadership we have experienced..
and now you will sulk for eight, or possibly sixteen years..
couldn't have worked out better..
you helped pave the way, for a woman, or a black, and possibly both..

NAZIs were RIGHTESTS..
they believed the STATE, led by certain INDIVIDUALS and power, such as MONEY, owed it to the state, to get as productive as possible, to better the state, as a national whole, with everyone towing the line.
socialism, , corporate socialism., around a power CENTER,
sounds like communism, but communism, believes in majority rule..
one party, and no corporations.
Nazis, believed in one party rule, by representation, of an elite. both called themselves democratic...
truthfully, one resembles the other, and goes to show, extremism, os dangerous..
but don't be fooled,
now, liberals, and oddly, liberal JEWS helped adolf get in..
and he lied to all of them, and turned on them.
gosh, what a novel idea!
same with communism, by the time Stalin took over, everyone in russia, was equally fugged...

very good point, it SHOWS that differing views are healthy, to KEEP balance..
balance must be allowed to sway back and forth.
only then can free people, have some chance, at keeping any run away group, from TAKING total power..
and running all into an unwanted extremism.
not good.
but, as of late, i fear polarisation, may make those swings harder in between.
it happens in ALL societies..
every empire, and every historical fall of all countries, and civilizations, have gone through it..
how long have we got?
i think the two party system in this country has grown tired, and cannot effectively lead..
HOWEVER, we must also be aware, as you have just pointed out, that EXTREMISM, can enter when opposing party leadership gets weak, and introduce, what appears at first to be a viable alternative, until it is proven too late to be otherwise.

i am sure the czars children were just as horrified at the execution squad, as the children were being stripped for the showers...

i would still like to hear someone tell a political science proff that communism, and nazism/facism are both leftest origin..
there would be a really bad test that week..
