From IAM1, the idea or plan behind the weakening US dollar is to implement the "AMERO", which is similar to the same concept behind the European-Union's EURO. The Amero is what the Bush administration has in plan for the "new" currency that will be used to replace Canada's, Mexico's and the USA's currency. It doesn't matter what the state of the economy is for Mexico or Canada, as long as the USA's dollar is weak that will be the impetus to impose/implement the Amero currency onto the citizens of the US, Mexico and Canada - when the merger of the 3 countries is forced on the people. It's all about integration into this "NAU/ union", so that the rich can get richer and obtain more benefits. It's an elitist scheme for further wealth and control over the masses and the wealth/riches in the world!
What a shame treasonry is in style. There was once a day that people would rise up and fight for their rights, preserve their constitution, and respect humanitarin laws. People have become so competitive, spoiled, and over assured that they are willing to take a stupid chance and destroy what fredom they have always had since 1776. It can only go down unless each state seperates from the Uni0n. Only Texas has that option, but I wonder if other states can get that back. You might see mini Europe here instead of a North American Uni0n. Each state would be it's own courntry. |

They've already artificially depressed the value of the Canadian currency, and of course we all know how weak Mexico's currency is and the US dollar is plummeting in value. So that is the idea, to implement this global elitist agenda based on the 3 countries weakening currency. The people/citizens of these countries will all jump at increasing the value of their currencies, and so it will be easy for the corrupt elitist monsters to push their North American-Union crapola on our countries to "unite". But it will be a tremendous mistake if any of us agrees to this elitist solution, which is actually their corrupt agenda of self serving power, control, profit, and their implementation of slavery onto the citizens of these countries! But in all actuality as a result of this merging/uniting, all three countries will become what's known as 3rd world countries and much worse! |

Government documents released by a Freedom of Information Act request reveal the Bush administration is running a "shadow government" with Mexico and Canada in which the U.S. is crafting a broad range of policy in conjunction with its neighbors to the north and south, asserts WND columnist and author Jerome R. Corsi.
The documents, a total of about 1,000 pages, are among the first to be released to Corsi through his FOIA request to the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, or SPP, which describes itself as an initiative "to increase security and to enhance prosperity among the three countries through greater cooperation." [Which is a total misdirection away from its true agenda, which is to facilitate the implementation of a global elitist world government and the complete slavery and serfdom of all civilians on this earth!]

"The documents clearly reveal that SPP, working within the U.S. Department of Commerce, is far advanced in putting together a new regional infrastructure, creating a 'shadow' trilateral bureaucracy with Mexico and Canada that is aggressively rewriting a wide range of U.S. administrative law, all without congressional oversight or public disclosure," Corsi said.
Among the initial discoveries, said Corsi, is the existence of an internal Intranet website that never has been revealed to Congress or the public.
"This private internal website," he claims, "undoubtedly contains a wealth of documentation that the FOIA request has so far intentionally excluded."
Corsi told WND the documents reveal hundreds of internal meetings, memoranda of understanding and other referenced agreements that have not been disclosed.
"We have here the beginnings of a whitewash," he said, "in which SPP evidently thinks the public will be hoodwinked by a 'Myths vs. Facts' document posted for public relations purposes on their public website."
Among the documents is an organizational chart accompanied by a listing of trilateral Mexican, Canadian and U.S. administrative officers who report on multiple cabinet level "working groups."
The government watchdog Judicial Watch announced today it has received some of the same documents, including the organizational chart, which can be seen in this pdf file, on page seven.

"There is no specific authorization for this massive administrative-branch integration with Mexico and Canada other than what amounts to a press conference jointly issued by President Bush, Mexico's President Vicente Fox, and Canada's then-Prime Minister Paul Martin on March 23, 2005, at the end of their summit in Waco, Texas," Corsi said.
Corsi added that even the "Myth vs. Facts" blurb on the SPP.gov website admits the SPP is neither a treaty nor a law.
"The Bush administration is trying to create the infrastructure of a new regional North American government in stealth fashion, under the radar and out of public view," Corsi claims. "Where is Congress, asleep at the wheel?"
The SPP organizational chart Corsi obtained shows 13 working groups covering a wide range of public policy issues, including Manufactured Goods; Energy, Food & Agriculture; Rules of Origin' Health; E-Commerce; Transportation; Environment; Financial Services; Business Facilitation; External Threats to North America; Streamlined & Secured Shared Borders; and Prevention/Response within North America.
U.S. administrative-branch officers participating in these working groups are drawn from the U.S. departments of State, Homeland Security, Commerce, Treasury, Agriculture, Transportation, Energy, Health and Human Services, and the office of the U.S. Trade Representative.
The released documents affirm that counterparts from official governmental agencies in Mexico and Canada are combined with the U.S. administrative branch to form new trilateral "working groups" that actively rewrite U.S. administrative law to "harmonize" or "integrate" with administrative law in Mexico and Canada.
"What we have here amounts to an administrative coup d'etat," Corsi told WND. "Where does the Bush administration get the congressional authorization to invite two foreign nations to the table to rewrite U.S. law?"

Canadian politicians have been acting a little odd lately. You might ask what do I mean by that? A great many Canadian politicians specifically on matters regarding the so-called "Security and Prosperity Partnership" (SPP) have not been acting the way one would logically expect them to act. As a matter of fact, the behaviour of great many politicians in Canada, on matters concerning the SPP can only be rationally explained by appreciating documented "mind control" technology.
Mind control can be conceived of in a relatively informal context of manipulating people through TV commercials into buying a product, or in a more organized context, controlling people though dogma and rituals in organized religion. However, investigative journalists have reported the use of sophisticated mind control experiments and ensuing techniques for use in military security related applications. Yeah, that's right, the SPP is the very kind of context that "mind control" techniques have been developed to support -- the creation of an Orwellian totalitarian society that is brought about without people even knowing what is happening, so that they will not try to resist it.
Sounds kinda far-fetched you might think. I would like to also think so, because the prospects of such "mind control" suggest an agenda to enslave humankind. However, try explaining the following.
A great many Canadians passionately led by the leaders of the Liberal and NDP political parties leading up to the 1988, were absolutely livid, and outraged about the Free Trade Agreement that then Prime Minister Brian Mulroney championed. Political leadership led by the Liberal and NDP political parties said that "free trade" as such had already pretty much already been obtained with the U.S. at that time, and that the Agreement was really the "Sale of Canada Act", and other such descriptions. These leaders warned in 1988 that Brian's Mulroney Agreement would lead to the destruction of our national social fabric; the U.S. corporate economic take-over of Canada; and the political assimilation of Canada into the United States.
The North American-Union (NAU) SPP agenda that is being pursued by Canada's Prime Minister Stephen Harper who leads a Conservative minority government, with U.S. President George W. Bush, and the President of Mexico proves that the anti-Free Trade champions were right. But check this out. The same people who were passionate anti-Free Trade champions in 1988, rather than now saying "I told you so", crisscrossing the country with news conferences about the prospective imminent sell out of Canada, and then easily reducing the Conservative Party to perhaps a handful of parliamentary seats in Alberta, have now got absolutely NOTHING to say.
Why aren't a critical mass of Liberals and NDP, including those who had been around in 1988, NOW giving Prime Minister Harper, who leads a minority government, such an apparently free ride, notwithstanding relatively peripheral token protests on issues? Why aren't Liberals and NDPers presenting the Common Front that they sought in 1988, toward a no-confidence motion on the NAU SPP agenda? Why has the NDP, ignored the opportunity to lobby the Canadian public for the toppling for Conservative minority government, in a manner that forgoes an opportunity for the NDP to make a very easy substantial pick up of parliamentary seats in the next federal election. Indeed, Canada's politicians on the SPP, appear to be transformed into some kind of political zombies that are being remotely controlled.
That's why many Canadians cannot even believe the reports of intrigue in which the Harper government has been reported be engaged, in relation to the SPP. Canadians appear to think that the opposition political parties are keeping Mr. Harper "honest". However, such an assumption is inconsistent with the evidence. Opposition outcries against the Harper government are relatively token, while Canada's politicians are being assimilated into some kind of political control by a oppressive consciousness that is assimilating Canada.
The desire for fascistic interests to develop technologies of mind control on behalf of the creation of an Orwellian political-military-industrial complex has been well documented. This includes the transmission of specific commands into the subconscious. In Defense News, "U.S. Explores Russian Mind Control Technology", January, 11-17-1993, p. 4., Barbara Opall documents that "Pioneered by the government-funded Department of Psycho-Correction at the Moscow Medical Academy, acoustic psycho-correction involves the transmission of specific commands via static or whitenoise bands into the human subconscious without upsetting other intellectual functions. Experts said laboratory demonstrations have shown encouraging results after exposure of less than one minute.
In U.S. News, 1-3-2000, in "Reading and changing your mind", John Norseen [Lockheed Martin neuroengineer in Intelligent Systems Division] documented interest in the brain stems from a Soviet book he read in the mid-1980s, claiming that research on the mind would revolutionize the military and society at large. [He] coined the term "Biofusion" to cover his plans to map and manipulate [the brain] leading to advances in... national security... and... would be able to convert thoughts into computer commands by deciphering the brain's electrical activity. BioFusion would reveal the fingerprints of the brain by using mathematical models, [Smirnov's computer program uses mathematical models also]. Various U.S. aeronautics, defence, and intelligence interests have apparently all awarded research contracts to Mr. Norseen.
Mr. Norseen was documented by Cheryl Welsh in her list of "Mind Control Symptoms" in 2003, to be "waiting to hear if the second stage of these contracts -- portions of them classified -- comes through. Mr. Norseen's theories are grounded in current science. By MRI, scientists can tell what the person was doing at the time of the recording. Emotions from love to hate can be recognized from the brain's electrical activity. Cheryl Welsh documented that Mr Norseen predicted profiling by brain print will be in place by 2005. Somewhat coincidently, the SPP was singed in Waco, Texas, also in 2005. Since around 2005, a pattern of bizarre zombie-like support for the NAU SPP agenda, appears to have taken further hold against Canada's political independence, in sharp contrast with the late 1980's.
Mr. Norseen indicated that he "would like to draw upon Russian brain-mimicking software and American brain-mapping breakthroughs to allow that communication to take place in a less invasive way.
Apparently there has also been a desire by a political-military-industrial complex to develop "mind control" to manipulate emotions, and other related "biofusion" manipulation. In Ultrascience, "Weapons of War", Learning Channel, 1997, featured Dr. Michael Persinger, Laurentian University, Canada, Dr. Persinger described weapons using "psycho or influence technology" and electromagnetic radiation frequencies to control what people think, for psychological warfare purposes. Canada's political leaders may very well be controlled through some kind of developed mind control technology in order to ensure Canada can be taken over for the fascist architects of the SPP NAU New World Order agenda.

North American-Union: Conspiracy or Cover-up

Ever since former first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton proclaimed that she and her husband were the victims of a "vast right-wing conspiracy," "conspiracy" has been the hot word used to ridicule your opponents.
When President George W. Bush wanted to avoid answering questions about whether the Security and Prosperity Partnership is the prelude to a North American-Union connected by a three-country superhighway, he accused SPP critics of believing in a conspiracy.
By definition, conspiracies are usually secret. There's nothing secret about right-wingers organizing to criticize the Clintons and their goals, and there's nothing secret about plans to morph the United States into a North American-Union.
The elites, however, must be feeling the heat. Following the Hudson Institute's helpful suggestion to change the name of the Security and Prosperity Partnership, the fourth annual SPP meeting to be held in New Orleans on April 21 will now be called the North American Leaders Summit, and the promoters of the TransTexas Corridor are trying to change its name to "regional loop." [This is exactly what I see the global elitists do all the time when the public/people/masses get wise to their corrupt agendas! They change the name of their projects and agendas to mislead and confuse the people/masses! They try to make the people feel so confused and given the run around that they tire and give up researching/investigating, etc. When they do this, it only motivates me more to follow their schemes, etc. Once you know how they play their games, it's easy to follow what they're scheming!]
To see what the elites are planning, you don't have peek through keyholes or plant a spy under the table. Just read their published reports.
The words most frequently used to describe their goals are "economic integration," "labor mobility," "free movement of goods, services and people across open borders," and "harmonization" of regulations.
The Council on Foreign Relations published a major report May 17, 2005, only two months after the Security and Prosperity Partnership was announced by President Bush, then-Mexican President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin in Waco, Texas, on March 23, 2005. The Council on Foreign Relations document explaining SPP's goals and methodology was posted on the U.S. State Department Web site, thereby confirming its authenticity.
The report explains that the three SPP amigos at Waco "committed their governments" to "Building a North American Community" by 2010 with a common "outer security perimeter," "the extension of full labor mobility to Mexico," allowing Mexican trucks "unlimited access," "totalization" of illegal immigrants into the U.S. Social Security system, and "a permanent tribunal for North American dispute resolution."
The prestigious Center for Strategic & International Studies published a report in 2007 called "North American Future 2025 Project." It advocates "economic integration," the "free flow of people across national borders," and "policies that integrate governments." [It's all about control from the top wealthy global elite down to the slaves/taxpayers who fund the elites projects by their taxation and slave labor! Don't let them get away with this scam citizens....They did it to the European member states of the EU and they want to pen you in and take away your liberty and privacy too!]
The CSIS report even calls for "harmonizing legislation" on intellectual property rights with other countries. That's a direct attack on our U.S. patent system, which is the key to U.S. leadership in inventions and innovation.
The Hudson Institute published a 35-page white paper in 2007 called "Negotiating North America: The Security and Prosperity Partnership." It states that SPP is the vehicle "for economic integration" with Mexico and Canada and even "combines an agenda with a political commitment."
The white paper explains that SPP's "design" is for the executive branch to exercise full "authority" to "enforce and execute" whatever is decided by a three-nation agreement of "civil service professionals" as though it were "law." That means evading treaty ratification and even congressional legislation and oversight.
Don't forget the importance of the Wall Street Journal and its longtime, very influential editorial-page editor, the late Robert Bartley. When Mexico's Fox called for NAFTA to evolve into something like the
European-Union, Bartley wrote: "There is one voice north of the Rio Grande that supports his vision. To wit, this newspaper."
In his book "Post-Capitalist Society," influential business writer Peter F. Drucker wrote, "The economic integration of the three countries into one region is proceeding so fast that it will make little difference whether the marriage is sanctified legally or not."
When Larry King asked Fox about plans for a "Latin America united with one currency," Fox answered in the affirmative. He said that one currency was part of the "vision" of the Free Trade Area of the Americas that Bush agreed to in the Declaration of Quebec City in 2001.
So now we know why the Bush administration won't build a fence to interfere with "labor mobility" across open borders. Now we know why Bush won't pardon former Border Patrol agents Ignatio Ramos and Jose Compean, while winking at the prosecutor's deal to give immunity to a professional drug smuggler. [The Bush's are sick bastar*s and we are all idiots if we let them get away with this insane agenda!]
Now we know why Bush thumbed his nose at the overwhelming congressional votes (411-3 in the House and 75-23 in the Senate) to exclude Mexican trucks from U.S. roads. Now we know why Bush has been more persistent in pursuing "totalization" to put illegal immigrants into Social Security than to promote his proposal to privatize a small part of Social Security for U.S. citizens.
This is no conspiracy. It's all part of the "economic integration" of the North American countries that's been openly talked about for years.

President Bush yesterday reaffirmed a commitment to progress the much maligned Security and Prosperity Partnership agenda, amid intensified opposition from commentators and critics concerned that the plan constitutes an undermining of national sovereignty. [It does!]
At a private party to open the fourth North American Leaders' Summit in New Orleans, Bush referred to recently encountered "setbacks" and told bureaucrats and business leaders "the meeting gives three friends the chance to come together to discuss our commitment to security and prosperity, to reconfirm the need for the three of us to work in harmony together for the good of our peoples. It's a chance to talk about how we can best protect our people and extend prosperity." [What a load of pure stinking bullcrap! Does Bush actually think we are all that stupid to believe he'd do anything remotely humane and "harmonizing" for the people of North America, or for that matter, any people anywhere? Bush is a dictator and a despicably deceitful actor and liar! He has one agenda and that is to gain as much power and prosperity as he can with no conscious of who he has to take down to reach his goals. The people are slaves to him, their slave labor pays the income taxes, property taxes, and all the other taxes for the elitists benefit. We are too be controlled like animals and herded into pens, etc. to keep us all in line and producing whatever they (the elitists at the top) demand and desire!]
Bush told leaders from Canada and Mexico "Tomorrow, we will be meeting with the business leaders of the North American Competitiveness Council to listen to their specific recommendations... The United States has an opportunity to continue the trading agenda."

Leaders push PR campaign for North American alliance
The documentation consists of internal memos from Canada's Foreign Affairs and Internal Trade ministry, which were obtained by the World Net Daily reporter Jerome Corsi under an Access to Information Act request.
Business leaders have been beseeched by bureaucratic working groups to launch public relations campaigns in order to counter critics of the secretive Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) and to report back to senior government officials with advice on an ongoing basis.
The memo highlighted how those advancing the North American integration agenda are concerned about the exposure and subsequent public backlash they have encountered recently.
Meanwhile one prominent critic of the SPP agenda, Congressman Ron Paul has vowed to intensify opposition towards the alliance and the intrinsically linked Trans-Texas Corridor and proposed NAFTA “Super Highway.”
“As we all know, there have been significant moves recently to expand the Security and Prosperity Partnership initiated by President Bush and his Mexican and Canadian counterparts in 2005. One such plan is to construct a so-called “NAFTA Superhighway” running from Mexico, through Texas, and up eventually into Canada,” Paul said yesterday.
“I have opposed this project from the beginning, signing on as a co-sponsor of House Concurrent Resolution 40 expressing Congressional disapproval of the NAFTA Superhighway and any moves toward a North American-Union.”
“More recently, I introduced an even stronger piece of legislation, H.R.5191, which would prohibit the use of federal funds to carry out this highway project. The federal government has no business being partner to this outrageous plan, according to which countless landowners would have their private property confiscated under eminent domain,” Paul said. [Congressman Ron Paul is a true gem of a man and advocate for people everywhere! He knows what this NAU agenda is planning on doing and how it will communisticly take away property to instigate the NAU agendas!]
“This prohibition of funds, if passed, would go a long way toward derailing this ill-conceived project and would send a clear message that further attempts to undermine U.S. sovereignty would not be unchallenged in Congress. It is long past time the United States House and Senate start taking our constitutional oversight roles seriously.” The Congressman concluded.
