| I was sleeping outside with my friend on her rooftop patio a couple nights ago, and we were watching the stars. It was about 12AM or so, and this huge rectangular-ish looking thing flies right over us. It was glowing blue and had orange and white coming out of the back. At first i suggested maybe it was a shooting star, but then it was way too close and big to be one. We watched it go by in the sky for about 7 seconds and it just disappeared in the sky. My friend said she was waiting for a huge "BOOM" because it was so big and fast. 5 minutes later we heard a crash, and we went to look what it was, and there was nothing there. There was no fire or smoke from the expolsion. We aren't sure what it was, my friend suggested a UFO because we were opening ourselves up to the nature enviroment. We didn't hear anything the next day on the news and no one else in town heard anything that night or saw anything the next day. We can't believe what we saw. |

How large was this object do you think and did it make any noise?
Also, how did it disappear? Did it just fake out, move away quick, or what? |

| it was very large and close to me. since the moon is very close in montana, it appears bigger because of the altitude. from my view of the moon, the object was about a third of the moon. it made no noise, just traveled in the sky. when it disappeared into the sky, it didn't fade out, it was just "poof" and gone. you could no longer see it or any trace of it. |
