Ever since i was a boy i have never been a great sleeper. I would wake up in the morning feel like i have never slept at all. Nothing has changed. I have always put it down to sleep walking. A few times a month for the last 25 years i would go to bed naked and wake up fully clothed. And on the very rare occasion i would wake up somewhere else, mostly in front of my house or a few blocks away.

As i have said i'm not a good sleeper, the strange thing is when i have a girlfriend move in it stops, i brake up with her it starts again.

Anyway something very strange happened the other night. I woke up in the night and as soon as i did i knew someone or something was standing next to my bed. My heart started beating off the charts. My whole body the very heavy. I tried moving my arms but couldn't. I couldn't move my neck but i could see it out of the corner of my eye. No detail, just something standing there. I think it said something to me. Not a voice...it was like a thought in my head that i knew wasn't mine. Its got me stuffed was it said. But i remember replying with a casual "Ok then" out loud. There was something else, A noise like a buzzing. But not really. More like my ear drums were vibrating. When i tried to move my arms the buzz got stronger.

It was funny because after the initial shock/scare on waking up, my heart calmed right down and i had no fear at all. It was like when someone jumps out at you to scare you, you **it yourself and then think "oh its only you".
That was the feeling.

But that was it, no lights, no sounds apart from my head buzzing, no smells...nothing. Thats all i remember, i woke up in the morning tired again like i never slept.

Sorry that was a bit long winded but i don't know a shorter way of putting it down. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before as far as i cant remember. It really spun me out.

Sounds like you woke up but your body didn't and melatonin was still in your system.

Sleep paralysis.

Do some research on that lead, sounds exactly like what you're experiencing.

In the last 10 years I myself have probably slept all together like...barely a year alltogether.

Only thing I`ve experienced is tiredness and lazyness but increasing my mental capacity alot faster than before so I like it Laughing

I have experienced something similar when on the verge of waking up when I was a child. I didn't know it at the time but what I was experiencing was episodes of sleep paralysis. It's damn scarry and I'm glad that I no longer experience it. It's probably best to see a doctor about it as sleep problems can make life miserable.

about a week or more, on discovery channel, there was an tv show about sleepwalkers. real stories about people who have actualy killed relatives while in dream state, now this gives me creeps, because even in my worst nightmares, never i have dreamt about killing my parents. actualy it lets you think, if sleepwalk is not expression of your dreams, then maybe it is something else, neuroprogramming or hypnosis done by those others, but still it's a sci-fi. most probably it's us.
