im writing this outa the Paper "mx mag" from Australia
Its famous for close encounters of the croc kind - but now Northern Territorty residents say they've been terrorised by spaceships.
Families in Marlinja, 730kms south of Darwin, claim spacecraft hovered above their homes for two hours on Sunday june 22nd.
Phones rang then went dead and bright lights flashed inside the rooms where they cowered.
Resident Janie Dixon said: "the sound was horrible. It sounded like a jet".
"But then we saw three red lights in the distance and the sound kept getting louder".
"The ground felt like it was shaking so we ran inside and shut the doors".
"The thing came so close above our house".
"the light in the house became so bright, it was like we were sitting in a football stadium."
The sightings came after a rash of incidents in the UK in the past week Hundreds of people in Liverpool reported seeing 13 orange orbs, Soldiers in Shropshire saw something simular.
NT police recieved no reports about Marlinja.
UFO researcher Keith Douglass said he believed the reports were true: "The description was more or less spot on".
And he had a warning for anyone who thinks they can sleep easy in Melbourne: "These craft could go anywere in Aus, as they do. They have unknown aggendas like us, Some are friendly some are not".
That is what was in the local MX mag the other day. Ow and i live in Melbourne btw, all you need to do is go to Dandenong or out towards the middle of Australia there is allways UFO's and weird lights and that happening out there. Everytime i have been to Dandy "Dandenong" i see those flying lights.

IMP, so you're in Melbourne? And you say you've seen these flying lights before out there in the NT? What did you think the ones you saw were?
As for the folks in Marlinja, they said theirs were noisy. What do you think those may have been? Test flights of some kind?
I live in California and I've been to Qld. several times. I have seen more fast-moving lights in the Qld. skies of a kind I do not see here in California each time I have visited. I figure they test more stuff in the skies of Oz than they do around here where I live. Marlinja is pretty remote.
On that NT News link, at the bottom of the page, if you click on "Fishos Catch Sight of...." and especially the "Miners See..." stories, these sort of add up to a small sighting wave for the NT over the last three months. The miners' sighting was the orange trail UFO from May 1 this year, out over the Gulf of Carpenteria: |
