My theory on this entire "abduction scenario" where sperm or ova are removed
is that, they are cross-fertilizing humans with other "alien species" to design a superior "worker".
The final "perfected" result will eventually be cloned to populate the workforce on other planets/dimensions.
Basically, it's "animal husbandry" of human/alien cross-breeding.
Apparently most true abductees have been visited since childhood & are unwillingly administered to many times during adolescence.
The aliens are not benevolent, but they try to do the least physical damage possible to their human victims.
In the end I feel the "visitors" are dangerous to us all! JMHO
