Pretty short straw to grasp.
By the way BS, care to give us a pep talk about our strong economy. We could use the boost. |

The economy has been hijacked by the Dems in order for the Chosen one to win the election.
The only issue they had a chance to win on is ironically enough the economy. You didn't notice the shift in the economy when the dems took control of two branches of our Government? This has been planned for a while . The Dems finally have something to run on.
They trashed this economy in order to bring the chosen one in ,and fix it. You will open you're eyes one day dewey hands.Just hope it's sooner rather than later.
It's still the economy stupid.
As far as this is concerned, you will see more of this coming out in the next few days. It will destroy Obamas' credibility.I for one am glad. This guy is a con man, and he has charmed so many Americans. This is scarey that this man with less expierience than Sarah Palin is a heart beat away from the Presidency. He was never asked a tough question, and never had to answer to any of these character issues,or judgement issues.
The American people will see this con man for what he is, I just hope they don't elect him first.

I see the con man for what he is, but putting blame for the economy solely at the doorsteps of the Democrats is the very reason we are where we are. John McCain's campaign being loaded to the brim with former Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lobbyists is about as coincidental as Obambam's links to Ayers, Odinga, and Rezko. So what if McCain sponsored this bill or that bill wanting to fix the then impending housing crisis, is that supposed to be any different from Obambam supposed attempts at ending predatory lending practices, all the while working alongside ACORN to force banks to make the very high risk loans that are considered predatory, and uses Franklin Raines as his campaign's financial adviser? One man hired a bunch of men and women who lobbied for Fannie Mae as recently as 2007, and the other seeks financial advice from the CEO who those lobbyist's worked for...
I see a big f'cking difference man!
And lest we forget, ACORN isn't the only one rigging an election in Ohio, for the man who gave them 800 thousand bucks, and defended them in court, Pro Bono (but they are certainly paying him back now), there is still Diebold in place to get McCain the win. |

Today it's the Dems fault that the economy tanked.
3 weeks ago, it was the GOP's credit that the economy was strong.
Go figure? |

hate to wake you up dewey hands, Everything was fine, till the panic set in.
All this was created to give Obama something to run on. That's all he had.Now notice that the more Obamas' poll numbers go up the farther down the stock market falls. hmmmm design?
You really need to get you're head out of you're ass. This clown will destroy what's left otf this country ,and you're cheering for him to do so.
If you can't see it for what it is,then I have no pity for you.

"The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight’s (OFHEO) report goes on to say that Fannie Mae employees deliberately and intentionally manipulated financial reports to hit earnings targets in order to trigger bonuses for senior executives. In the case of Franklin Raines, Fannie Mae’s former chief executive officer, OFHEO’s report shows that over half of Mr. Raines’ compensation for the 6 years through 2003 was directly tied to meeting earnings targets.
"The report of financial misconduct at Fannie Mae echoes the deeply troubling $5 billion profit restatement at Freddie Mac. The OFHEO report also states that Fannie Mae used its political power to lobby Congress in an effort to interfere with the regulator’s examination of the company’s accounting problems... I join as a cosponsor of the Federal Housing Enterprise Regulatory Reform Act of 2005, S. 190, to underscore my support for quick passage of GSE regulatory reform legislation. If Congress does not act, American taxpayers will continue to be exposed to the enormous risk that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac pose to the housing market, the overall financial system, and the economy as a whole."
And Congressional liberals blocked the bill!
The bill came back in 2007.
Again, Congressional liberals blocked it.
Among those standing in the way were Senators Chris Dodd and Barack Obama...
... the two biggest recipients of Fannie Mae money!
None of this EVER NEEDED TO HAPPEN!

The Dems tanked the economy in the last 3 weeks in order to get their man elected?
Unbelievable.
Keep your pity for yourself. I'm not in need. |

Thank you dewey hands for keeping it stupid. Go back a few years ,and you will find the problem. Frank, Obama , Dodd. You don't think this was planned? Please ...
Anyway, lets get back to the original topic of the thread before it was highjacked.
I wonder how many more radical connections need to come out before the Obama cultists finally see thru him? They get more every day,and not one of them are willing to question it? How are these people even allowed to vote at this point in time ?

I do understand that the re-creation of our nation has been planned, and unfolding as planned. Much like the tragedy of Iraq has unfolded as planned.
HOWEVER, it was you that was claiming 3 weeks ago that everything was peachy with our economy.
Are you telling me this caught you by surprise?
Cuz' if you are not, then please explain how 3 weeks ago "the economy was strong" and the 'recession is imaginary.' Yet now, you blame the Dems for 'tanking the economy.'
Been fun watching you backpedal. |

And where are some of those Fannie Mae lobbyists presently working.
2 of those Fannie Mae lobbyist's, Alfonse D'Amato and Susan Molinari were U.S. senator's well into the late 90's... Which side of the aisle were they on? Here's a hint for ya, they weren't Democrats or Independents. Which side of the aisle did those 2 lobbyists have good connections with? Another hint... It wasn't Democrats or Independents.
Blame Democrats all you want, I blame them also, but I won't turn a blind eye to the FACT that some of these lobbyists who worked for Fannie and Freddie at the time were former Republican senators, and that some of them are now working for the McCain campaign. |

I haven't back pedaled at all. You just don't want to listen. Just like you always do.
Listen up genius. The economy never needed the bail out most of us agree on that. You guys said the same thing in that topic as well, cause you don't listen. anyway.
The panic brought on after they had announced that they were working on the BAILOUT bill. Which should have been termed a RESCUE bill. The **it hit the fan.
This was nothing more than self made depression. We fell right into it. The Dems did create this mess, and they didn't allow the Republicans to do anything about it.
Both sides are guilty , but the Dems were much greedier than the Republicans.
If this didn't get blown soo out of proportion, we would have been done with it already. So get you're head out of yer ass! And Stop trying to highjack my threads.

'Tushhay' two Repubycrips get busted..probably a couple of others involved; but don't remove the glory where it rightfully deserves to be..Like Comrade Evutch the Cynic says.... it's lizard land. Give it a name; get a handle on it and treat the disease. Which is the more culpable group....and why?...this is a point. I'll tell you why. That the temptation was even exposed is skull numbing - Socialist ideology taken advantage of by pigs...thats why it occurred. That's why socialism sucks. |
