It's been a long time coming, I've tried finding some info on this to no avail over the years. I happened across this site from one of those ufo shows on netflix. Anyway, it was probably 8 years ago or so. I had a paper route in upstate new york. It generally started around 12 midnight into the early morning, depending on weather. It was me and someone else that did the route together. One night approximately 1 or 2 in the morning somewhere around september. On part of the route we had to take a right turn at a four corners hit a few houses and a school and double back to the four corners. This night that we took the right hand turn, up in the sky in the distance were what looked like three green meteors or fireballs. They were moving a slow and consistent pace, with a bright sparkling tail behind them. We got a quick look before the trees blocked them out. We kinda just brushed it off. On the way back we caught sight of them again quite a bit closer and longer this time. As we stopped at the four corners we both just looked at each other in surprise, these things were so close that our faces and the inside of the car were lit up in bright green light. We had to bend down to look up almost overhead. I never heard anything about it or of anyone else besides us seeing them. It's been eating at me all these years. The thing that got me was the slow steady movement and sparkling trail behind them. They had to have changed course at some point to intersect us at the four corners. My question(s) is does anyone here have any info to what these might be or happen to have seen them? Aside from what I already told you, since the sighting I haven't noticed any ill affects or strange occurrences nor have I seen them since. Thanks guys, any input is appreciated.

Have you reported your sighting to NUFORC yet?

Did the fireballs look fiery looking?

With your arm extended...how big were they in relation to your clenched fist?

With 90 degrees on the horizon, and 0 degrees at the top zenith: Give me the approx. vertical degrees of the object...please.

You could have seen a trio of foo fighters --- I saw one back in 1976, approx. 40 miles west of Washington DC; around 9 pm --- Both in it's bluish-white hi-power plasma phase and it's low-power reddish-orange fusion plasma takeoff/landing phase.

I'm speculating that is an alien starship, that is safely encased in magnetically controlled plasma shield, that is inpenetrable to any weapon or bomb that our world can throw at them.

The starship is photon powered, with a micro-mini black hole installed onboard, which causes a huge magnetic field, that can be controlled by the alien pilots as two magnetic shields ---- Both shields can press seawater against the other with intense pressure --- whereas...the electrified fusion plasma is created, thusly feeding photons to the micro-mini black hole's accretion disc, and expelled from thrusters --- increasing speed exponentially squared --- easily powering  the starship to the speed of light barrier and beyond into the superluminal realm.

The foo fighter can forgo the fusion process, and rely on simple starlight photons for fuel --- that is --- if the photons are present.

I never reported it no. I didn't know how to get a hold of anyone or who I would even get a hold of. Also there's the part that I would sound like a nut job. I'm not sure how you mean about giving you the vertical degrees of the objects. They started off a ways in the distance above a tree line and lost sight in the trees. The second time on our way back they were almost overhead. The most I could do is guess on a size. From the distance and everything they were at least fist size if I had to guess if not a little bigger. I can still see the bright luminescent green and sparkling trail in my head just as easy as if I was still there. It's not something you can forget. Let me know if you have any other questions, I know I haven't been very helpful. I forgot to mention no, they didn't look fiery. Hard to explain but it was more like an energy or something.
