Every time when Yankees become excessively generous towards smb I always get tense. Those tough pragmatists are least prone to make smb happy with altruistic presents you know.
Aid to Tajikistan boarder guard is this sort of thing just. Hell of bucks, millions or so, are delivered to restore border facilities. Well, well..... I don’t know what are the profits for Tajikistan itself but Europe is going to loose imho. Matter of fact Tajikistan is key point on the route of Afghanistan drug traffic to Europe. It’s no secret American secret services have been exploiting Afghanistan as a source of super profits on drugs trade. Generally can’t get it just. Why are we still supportive of the American campaign in Afghanistan? They are stuffing our kids in European cities with that junk stuff..... As for Tajikistan it’s no brainer at all. Local authorities have been just well-paid to provide the unhampered supply of drugs into the Old World.

BTW, any real American doesn't do drugs because we know that the NAZI CIA is in charge of it. Well, then again, I like home grown milk from grass fed beef, etc. If I know where it comes from, I may choose to ingest it. But, I really hope you don't believe all Americans are "yanks"...as I said, they're in NY...
Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values. Soon it will be possible to assert almost continuous surveillance over every citizen... - Zbigniew Brezhinsky
