At last the White House has plucked courage to freeze the deployment of US anti-missile interceptors in Poland. I hope it will be the first step of Obama's Administration in regularizing this country's strategic priorities and reorienting our taxpayers' money to needs of own nation, greatly suffered from current crisis now.
Frankly speaking, the Pentagon has had to correct its anti-missile program because the very technology of the long-term interceptors is not ready yet, or rather it is ready only theoretically. Most tests of this military system have simply failed.
I'm glad to realize that such changes in US defense system plans have been caused by spending cuts. It's high time to stop expending own funds on European and other ineffective and back-strapped allies! No more of defending them against various threats! We should start to put our mind on own problems!
