Anyone see Star Trek Generations?

http://memory-alpha.org/wiki/Nexus

I wonder if roaming around in the multiverse there is anything like the nexus.

Don't your thoughts and desires shape your reality???
Afterall, how else can a reality be shaped, or indeed considered to be a "reality" at all.

Cheers

And what kind of life are thoughts, if we think without a mind, without this physical body.
Spirit is what shapes reality, physical reality it becomes one with. Spirit can shape reality and exist seperate from matter, but how much is matter dependant of spirit?

And its only 20,000 light years away I think, much closer. I bet we could
get there in a flash. 😕 prolly not huh 💡

I first became aware that my thoughts could shape my reality a while back and I keep forgetting it. It's easy for me to slip out of awareness of that.

I wish I could tell you everything. It's been quite eye-opening. Sitting in a cage whose door has always been open and finally stepping out.

I don't know how much matter depends on spirit sandra, I probably couldn't say without knowing well what you mean by those words. But it reminds me of a stanza in a song I like.

The ways of the flesh
Barbaric behavioral patterns
Flesh over Spirit, the motivator of the worthless
The ways of the flesh
The evolution is minimal
I watch as your kingdoms rise and fall
Causing no effective change
Your military
Command structure of impotence
A gross misuse of force
By leaders who lack in vision
Your gods
Evidence of your weakness
Your focus is one with delusion
You worship that which means your end

Done a fair amount of stargazing recently. Was just telling my friend that I saw a wild peacock on the ranch but I'm sure it doesn't compare to Pavo. Maybe it's right next to the 64th galaxy.

Well I think you are being humble there, because we learn this in stages, we all take steps in
these directions.

I wish I could tell you everything. It's been quite eye-opening. Sitting in a cage whose door has always been open and finally stepping out.

I'm always wanting to listen and share. When good things happen for people it helps alot
of us. And we are never alone when we have felt alone.

Well I like that one. Flesh is viewed by the world one way,
and by the spirit another. With spirit, flesh can serve what it is meant to.
Without it, flesh is flesh. But with spirit, even flesh is spirit.
But still spirit can live without flesh, and thats not
a belief of mine thats a I know. If people here can remember
the first time I left my body was when I was around 14 or 13 I think,
and I had posted a whole thread scared and wanting answers, that
was 14 years ago. I was lying on my bed and a fire started, it forced my spirit
right out of my body, after I got out of my body I realised there wasn't an actual fire,
I kneeled and held a candle of marry the mother of God, and then a woman figure stood
in my window with a dress and head covering. I said a prayer and asked for help, and
returned to my body. There were more details than that, but yes the spirit can actually hold
things, move like a physical body, touch things, and speak without a body. Thats
another discussion tho. Its actually I believe how I found the vault. I was afraid to tell
people what I was going through. When I did post it here, people were very kind to me,
especially looking back now. People around here really helped me for a long
time and still do.

Spirit can do many things with matter.
Words can change matter, thoughts can. The spirit can take time from your life for
eternity. To have an eternity without time. People are out there right now, taking time
from the world. And so we see time speeding up.

Peacocks are absolutely beautiful, and you couldn't have seen one at a better time. Wow. 😎
I need to do more stargazing, while others might tell me not to. Laugh
I bet at the ranch the skys get real clear and really lights up.

Spirit to me is that which is invisible yet tangible. That which animates the clay, as it were. It presses upon me in ways I didn't know. Flesh is a form spirit decides to assume. I only say these things to elucidate what I might mean by the words. Other words I would choose are concrete and abstract. I would use those words to strip the words of their baggage often associated with words like spirit. Flesh is visible yet intangible. Transient.

To that which sees spirit, of course.

"Blessed be...the meekness of the flesh: I watch as it withers and dies."

For when it dies, all that is left is spirit. To see the concrete fade away (ie, to watch flesh wither and die), leaving only the abstract (spirit), is what was the eye-opening moment. I took many movies, mainly to record the audio, and documented my experience as much as I could for my memory is feeble. However, every night thus far since my vision I have endeavored to process the events before I sleep hopefully putting them in my long-term memory. To let the spirit press upon me rather than just being slightly aware of a vague feeling, being very aware of an actual event. A monumental event not unlike your OBE. With some people all it takes is one actual event to irrevocably alter the course of one's life.. With me, I am blessed with several actual events and I must remember, remember, remember.

I am reminded of something that occurred about eight years ago. In my human life, it was the first time I realized that I was in the nexus, so to speak. I was completely unprepared. I thought life must be "perfect" while in the nexus and a little thing tripped me up and I was tossed out of the nexus, so to speak.

I'm listening to some music, three guesses as to which band..

God Of The Forsaken

[Lyrics - Tucker, Music - Rutan]

I've seen visions awakening
drawing timeless life to an end
I've felt forces pulling me
and I have rejoiced in them

I've heard voices calling names
I have reveled in their beckoning
for the voices that summon me
have grown immense

my senses keen with desire and pain
senses heightened by my need to see
to feed the hunger that I feel inside
awake my soul to ecstasy

...
I've seen visions awakening
drawing timeless life to an end
I've felt forces pulling me
and I have rejoiced in them

I've heard voices calling my name
I have waited for their beckoning
for the voices that summon me
bring the gift of bliss
