It would be interesting to know if there are differences in their teachings. I've never seen anything by Paul that indicates that.

Wasn't Saul/Paul the man that origionally, seriously spread the gospel of Jesus?

but then others backed up his story..their version.

Isn't that what the new testament is all about?
People telling their stories , of their interactions, baring witness, to the life , death, and rebirth,of Jesus?

I have felt that is what the new testament was about..his teachings..and the many witnesses coming forth, for the record, to the best of their ability..to help dispel anticipated future rumors that he was a made up character.

I mean, that is what a testament is , right, by definition?

No.

Paul/Saul murdered Jesus followers. He was a liar.

Either follow Jesus or follow Paul.

Why does it have to be one or the other? Synthesis of beliefs is possible.

whole
Is the whole MORE than the sum of it's parts?
Moses supposedly parted the Red Sea
Moses...sniff, sniff
😐
Um..
Didn't the azz Saul have a revelation, an expereince (much like an alien "abduction/interaction") that changed his paradigm so much, he even changed his name and dedicated his life to spreading the Gospel?

Whatcha trying to say Nessai?
He was some kinda flim-flam man?

ooh At1, synthesis...
