That's the only fair way to do it.

I don't believe what I believe because it's what I desire to believe. I believe what I believe because it's what science, evidence, and logic causes me to believe.

lol lol lol...

GFW Hegel...thesis...antithesis...synthesis.

Nothing like a good dose of gnosticism and philosophy.

Philo...love

Sopha...wisdom

Love of wisdom...Philosophy.

Well said..event horizon...well said. I love it when it boils down to "fair."

That usually means at someone elses expense. "Fair" is currently an excellent political technique. Very popular. Very rational...not!!

Thanks,
Orangetom

OK, maybe I really should get down here more often and read this forum again.

I sort of assumed agnostics WERE moderating this forum Laugh

I found the comment about "gnosticism" interesting since I have noticed that gnosticism is an integral part of New Testament Christianity (it comes in by way of Paul's writings) and MAY be where "inspiration" actually manifests itself in the Bible as we have it.

But you all knew that, right?
