Kiev junta brings lots of suffer not only to population of eastern Ukraine but to national minorities in western Ukraine too.
I wish I didn't turn down the offer to join Romanian national-patriotic party Noua Dreapta which denies the right for existence of such state as Ukraine. I had this chance in 2008 and I lost it. Now Ukrainian nationalists are strongly imposing their will here in western Ukraine. Rahov is the city in this part of the country where I've been living since my birth. This city has every right to be part of Romania Mare not Ukraine!
Actually our family has been settled here throughout several generations and it has never been worse when at present. A percept as sort of tales my mother's words on how it was in USSR time when Romanian language was widely used in printed stuff and in education and even religious sermons in Christian churches.
And now we're scary of speaking Romanian to each other even! Last time when I did it was during our visit to the cinema. My girl and me we had just couple of words during the film. When we went out of the cinema we were encircled by a group of strong young Ukrainians (they were Ukrainian nationalists judging by some symbols on their clothes). So one of them said they couldn't enjoy the film "because of your Romanian croaking". In short I was severely beaten up and my girl was nearly raped. Luckily, some young men? Who turned out to be Romanians, helped us.
Many of my friends and just people I work with, ethnic Romanians all of them, have found themselves in similar situations not once! People are threatened death just because they are of Romanian descent and hate it to leave Rahov! It's becoming impossible to stay here in constant fear for your life any more.
Romanians of Ukraine need badly support of the mainland and EU structures as well!
