A video has emerged of a person filming a 1995 Tyson fight with a smart phone. Thought it was interesting. Could this be a time traveler?

Best part of your real life fight clip from HBO or Showtime was seeing Mills Lane. Mills is my all time favorate referee.  Mills was a real life Marine veteran and Judge in Reno, Nevada, who was an ex-boxer and loved being a referee. Mills is in the boxing hall of fame, had a TV court show, but retired after a debilitating stroke.

The fight was a joke, ended not long after your clip stopped.  As to smart phones in 1995, time traveler, thats funny. 🙂

I think it's not a smart phone it just the "CASIO QV-10" camera that looks like a smartphone.

Welcome to the BV sauls.  To be honest I didn't think they had smart phones, or this kind of video camera.  What I can tell from watching HBO and Showtime Boxing since the 80's is that footage was real from the fight coverage.  I watched nearly every Tyson fight, and that close up and the camera angles were shots from the real coverage.

NO way could you have the close up shots and long shots with that camera that clearly were from more than one position.

Well, according that time the fight took place, there were cameras of such shape and was capable of capturing the low resolution video. I did a little googling about 95' cameras and their features and those cameras could record videos and take pictures from the man in the video stand point.

Here is the video in which you can see this camera in action.
