I am a former police chief with 35 yrs. of law enforcement, forensic services specialist and forensic hypnotist. Currently a member of another national UFO network and one of the very few nationally hypnotists that conduct hypnosis regression for UFO abductees/experiences along with investigating their cases reported. I also own a PI business which actually helps in some of these investigations by exposing frauds.  I will in the future be taking abduction stories, photos and more for a book and hopefully a TV project.  Hopefully, a professional friend I work within this other organization will be joining me here as he is well known in the field of UFOlogy and have him work on the project with me.  We need more people to "come out" and not be afraid of being criticized, even politicians as high as Presidents have seen and been a part of these experiences.

Thanks, your probably right most sightings have been from LEO's working or going home late at night.  Not only have I've seen one while on the night shift, I had investigated one also by a couple of hysterical kids.  There is a NJ publication you might be interested in (my story is in an issue) called "Weird New Jersey", you should google it, it has some "weird" stories plus UFO events.
