More correctly it has added some more brown touches to the image already spoiled. According to the message from the USA diplomatic mission in Madrid there had been a meeting (dating 14 Jan) between American diplomats and Spanish public prosecutor Hose Grinda Gonzales. The latter was highly critical of Tbilisi somewhat reluctance to stay helpful in the case of Shakro Kalashov, a notoriously known criminal strongman of the Georgian descent. In Spain he was involved in money laundering and other murky criminal business.
Looks really amusing, that naïve posture of the Spanish! Aren’t they in the know actually that criminal activities of the Georgians abroad are sort of income source for Saakashvili regime in Georgia? Aren’t they in the know that seeking help with the Americans is just pure stupidity? Europe has been long staying wrapped in the net of Georgian criminal groupings and this is not missed on the USA!! More ... they seem to be quite happy with the fact! As a freelancer digging into the criminal European agenda I am in full possession of this info.
And it’s plain clear why Tbilisi demanded that Shakro Kalashov should be extradited back into Georgia. Most likely is that they hated the possibility Shakro could leak some vital sensitive info to the Spanish! I mean some info on Tbilisi and probably uncle Sam’s as well involvement in that case and other criminal cases of the sort in Europe.
