I mispelled "Polanski" in my original post title. Duh. How idiotic. Here is the man's name spelled correctly so that it will show up in search engines.
Last night, I watched The Ninth Gate, a film that was released in 1999, starring Johnny Depp, Lena Olin, Frank Langella, and Polanski's wife (33 years his junior) named Emmanuelle Seigner.
First of all, I would like to say that I like the film very much. I had seen it previously, years ago, and liked it even more last night upon my second viewing. It carries with it a seductive energy, due, not in small part, to Seigner's on-screen presence. Her chemistry with Depp is strained to some degree, but this actually worked well given their relationship as characters in the plot. (Depp's character does not trust her throughout most of the film.) The viewer never knows exactly what her character is supposed to be. She calls herself "a student," but this is purposefully cryptic. I do not have a problem with such inconsistencies, unlike Roger Ebert and his clumsy side-kick in 1999, both of whom roasted the film. Of course, Polanski vindicated his name as a master director a few years later with "The Pianist," which played the heart strings of Hollywood's Ashkenazi Overlords, their Illuminati bosses, and of course the general background of "Jewish" underlings (most of whom are not Hebrew/Israelitish at all) that really have no idea what is going on other than the fact that they always receive the royal treatment as compared with Goyim.
Upon watching the film, I noticed the conspicuous use of Dutch Royal Shell's logo throughout. Polanski goes to extensive pains to put this allusion into the background. Why? After watching the film, I did a little Internet hunting and noticed that his wife, Seigner, sang in a band called "Ultra Orange." This name immediately intrigued me. The word "Ultra" conjures up allusions to "MK Ultra," a brainwashing technique used by the Global Elite on young women to create mind slaves, and "Orange," of course goes with the House of Orange, one of the wealthiest families on earth that might even rival the so-called Windsors, which are really just imported German Illuminati.
So why is Polanski conjuring up the House of Orange in this film? I have always been intrigued by this family and their massive global power network. I do not know much about their relationship with the Illuminati who are probably not called that any longer and have not called themselves by the appelation for centuries, but for lack of a better term, it shall suffice here. Is Polanski tipped his director's hat to the House of Orange or is he thumbing his finger at them? I suspect the former, especially given the name of his beautiful wife's rock band.
Here is another interesting fact about their relationship: Seigner is 33 years younger than Polanski. Very masonic, don't you think? Also, Polanski was born in 1933 and she was born in 1966. Both are power numbers to the Global Elite.
Seigner comes from a prestigious acting family in France with a German sounding name. She was educated in a Catholic school. Polanski is, of course, "Jewish." Together, they make a powerful couple. I wonder if Seigner, in her youth, was brainwashed using "Ultra" techniques? At any rate, she is not an outstanding actor, but her onscreen presence is remarkable. A lot of it has to do with her pleasingly massively boned face with a prominent skull that reminds one of the Basque people, a very mysterious race in and of itself with a language that cannot be traced to the proto-indo-European linguistic tree, at least so far as I know.
Does anyone know if Polanski is a knight of the House of Orange? I would not be at all surprised if he were. His Wikipedia page is somewhat humorous. These days, Wiki, is basically bold faced propaganda for the Elite whenever the need arises. Polanski's page is an advertisement about how he deserves to be forgiven for molesting a 13 year old girl. Lech Walesa even appeals to the reader's sense of forgiveness on the part of Polanski. Polanski's victim, of course, was paid off (or threatened or both) long ago and does not harbor a grudge against him, at least not publicly. Since pedophilia is such a basic part of Global Elite society, the public airing of Polanski's dirty laundry with a 13 year-old was regrettable and unfortunate to them, but the actual things he did were more than forgivable to his peers and superiors. A bit of champagne and sodomy in a hot tub is tame by their standards, certainly, even with a 13 year-old.
Stanley Kubric's film, AI, would have dealt in depth with this theme if he had not suddenly died the day after Eyes Wide Shut was screened by his investor "bosses" in Hollywood. C'est la vie.
I'm giving The Ninth Gate two horns up. A charming film with great writing, masterful direction, and mediocre acting, even from Depp. If my math is not incorrect, Seigner was 33 when the film was released. So much for coincidences.
