Wow step out into life for a few days and all hell breaks loose, breaks loose over something I've mentioned before--but I'll leave that alone as it seems my point has merit as evidenced by two locked threads within a couple of days. 😕

Anyway, it's pretty sad when someone acts like a child, bad enough when a child actually does it in public, no excuse for an adult, especially when they try to justify it.

I've said it before, and I'll say it one last time, for those of you who care--and NO I'm not trying to LECTURE anyone, just stating a rather OBVIOUS FACT to some, while those most involved, will never ever understand it--- ( WHICH SHOULD BE ADDRESSED ) It's why you have constant pissing contests and derailed threads.

Some here say things that they have absolutely NO IDEA OF, about, experience with, knowledge of, on and on and on. Yes albeit my personal opinion, it is absolutely undeniable, irrefutable, and pathetic.

There is an absolute correlation to the lack of members posting, and the change in software ( update ) to the BV--May be nothing, but I think something, not paranoid, the connection is way too obvious. No ( the lack of posts ) has absolutely nothing to do with personality clashes between members, that's just an excuse, and constant PC Style decorum makes for a very dull board anyway.

People shouldn't waste their times joining forum boards if they continue to get their feelings hurt at the drop of a hat, especially those who have obvious self-esteem issues, those who think certain things are FUNNY. Obviously certain things are not funny, WORSE is ( as I said ) Trying to justify that which on the web isn't so funny!

Reminds me of a kid on a play ground who gets bested at a game and then, instead of being a well adjusted human being, kicks the ball over the fence so NO ONE ELSE can play, or better yet---steals a playmates bike, or glove, or bat---in an ( in his or her mind ) demented way of getting even---

Hope this rings a few bells for it is the unvarnished truth among all the sore thumbs! 😉

Thumb wars are awesome. 😛

That was such a little thing that got SO outrageously blown out of proportion that it wasn't even funny. I mean, it WAS funny right at the very beginning, but then it went south.

"George Bush says he speaks to god every day, and christians love him for it. If George Bush said he spoke to god through his hair dryer, they would think he was mad. I fail to see how the addition of a hair dryer makes it any more absurd."

Agreed. Blown WAY OUT of proportion.

But... it's 2011. New Year... and a new start. Let's make this a GREAT year for everyone here at The Black Vault!

A refreshing new start that is.

Bottom line I think we all have a great resource here to share our research, thoughts and ideas. No reason to lash out if someone doesn't agree with us... but it's a place to learn even more.

I want this to be a place where each of you can share with your friends a link to invite them to join in... and not feel aprehensive to do so.

In regards to the technical "insecurities"... well, that was completely infounded and not even worth talking about anymore 🙂

😎 Its a new start to the year!!!
Nothing wrong with having strong debates just want
to keep it inviting and open for more to come!

“Living backwards!” Alice repeated in great
astonishment. “I never heard of such a thing!”

Back to the original Topic, the one that got derailed.

If the Charges were dropped, ended up being kicked--Then how can it be that these Men were in violation of any LAWFUL order in the first place????????? 😉

All cases dismissed against U.S. anti-war activists in December White House protest

Anti-war military veterans and other activists celebrated a breakthrough victory in DC Superior Court when charges were dropped yesterday following arrests in front of the White House on December 16, 2010. Over 131 people were arrested in a major veteran-led protest while participating in non-violent civil resistance in a driving snowstorm.

US Park Police charged all 131 protesters with "Failure to Obey a Lawful Order" when they refused to move. All remained fixed to the White House fence demanding an end to the continuing wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and further US aggression in the region.

Among those arrested were members of the leadership of the national organization Veterans for Peace, Pentagon Papers whistleblower Dr. Daniel Ellsberg; Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Chris Hedges; former senior CIA analyst Ray McGovern; and, Dr. Margaret Flowers, advocate for single-payer health care.

Forty-two arrested opted to appear in court and go to trial with the first group appearing in DC Superior Court on January 4, 2011. Prosecutors from the DC Attorney General's office stated that the Government "declined to file charges due to missing or incomplete police paperwork." Presiding Magistrate Judge Richard Ringell confirmed that the cases were dropped and defendants were free to leave.

I guess you saw all of the MSM ATTENTION the ROE vs WADE BS received on the very ground where these Veterans were ARRESTED for peaceful protest.

A woman's right to choose seems to be more valuable than those who fought and died, at least from a political point of view anyway!

Ridiculous!
