Donut shape would make sence becasuse the 24 panals, each about 36" wide would form a circle with about a 25 foot radius. You can get up in the tower and get behing all of them(not when its working), so the ring of heat rising or 24 pressure relief valve going off, would occur in about a 25 foot circle like a donut shape.

Actually, healing is another problem. I am now healing without having had an operation. The day of the crash, the Emergency room sent me home on crutches. That was September 17th. The reason I have not had an operation to put the two pieces of my knee cap together is money. I can’t get the $10,000 down payment that the local hospital wants. I did not have health insurance and lacked medical on my car insurance. The other driver who was at fault had liability ($25,000). You would have thought that their insurance would have covered it. But, they insist that I pay the bills first and then they would reimburse me. Needless to say, I cannot work and any residual income has to be used for day-to-day living. I’ve tried the county hospital but cannot handle the long waits (up to 30 hours) and distance. I’ve applied for Indigent Care with no final answer. I’ve talked to lawyers without much hope. So, here I am on the 20th day since my crash, unable to walk without a splint, and still no hope for an operation.

You need to find an attorney who will help you without a retainer and take your case. This "you pay first and then we will reimburse you", is a tactic so they see actual medical bills. Have they put in writing they will reimburse you, and admitted liability? Every state probably has different ways of doing claims, but in California they have tons of personal injury lawers, ready to take cases contingent on results.
