I've heard people say, "I'm not a liberal," and yet they follow the liberal agenda lock, stock, and barrel; spout liberal talking points unceasingly; and quote their 'facts' from notorious, grossly liberal sources.

I've heard people say, "I hated Bush. But I hate O'bama too!" That's fine and I respect the opinion, but at least remember this: We already have a 5-4 Liberal majority in our Supreme Court. Without Bush's efforts, that number could be a 7-2 majority. So his presidency wasn't a complete debacle, which is more than I can say for O'bama at this stage.

Do you know what a 7-2 liberal majority in our Supreme Courts could do to this country? More damage than 5 Iraq Wars, I guarantee. And that's not to say I don't value human life. I absolutely do. I'm saying if Liberals had their way in our judicial system--among other hideous things we could only imagine--abortions would be fully funded by your tax dollars, and they wouldn't require any health concerns for the mother either. Consider that kind of loss of life over an 8-12+ year span.

But anyway....

From the mailbag:

The Left has a serious problem this year. They don't know how to attack Republicans. They have called us racists and bigots for opposing the Ground Zero mosque. 70% of Americans, however, agree with the position and hear the Democrats attacking them too.

Greg Sargent, the leftwing hack who serves as the Democrats' official mouthpiece within the Washington Post, is crying that Sharron Angle, running in Nevada, refuses to back away from her comment that there are 'domestic enemies' in Congress. With the economy like it is and Democrats more likely to support the right of Muslims to build a mosque at Ground Zero than for Glenn Beck to speak from the Lincoln Memorial, most Americans probably agree with her.

The Left cannot fathom that the country is so against them. In Iowa, voters are about to throw out three Supreme Court justices who divined a gay marriage right into the Iowa constitution. The Left is in handwringing mode that this could "have a chilling effect on judges nationwide." Good. It's about time we start defunding judiciaries, impeaching judges, and treating them like the politicians they are. We can change Congress all we want, but until we strike at the arrogance of the judiciary it'll do us little good.

— Erick Erickson

This coming from someone who "paints" Glenn Beck with the 'right winger' and 'liar' swath.

I bet it just burns you up that Glenn Beck will have 300,000 people or more in attendance Saturday, with the primary message being a restoration of FAITH to bring this country back together... while MLK's neice and heiress to the family legacy, talks right by his side in support, singing hymns and prayers with the crowd.

It's going to be great.

Wrong again Frost Top--and I see you failed to answer the question:

Glenn Beck in my personal opinion is a raving lunatic, one I would not piss on if he combusted right before my eyes. Now before you try to twist this--neither would I piss on the speaker of the House if she were to do the same.

When oh when will it EVER SINK IN that these people( most of them ) have issues beyond common reason?

Does the term closet gay ring any bells---Married Closeted gays with a wife and a few kids--" Oh I'm soooooooooo happy that I came out~~~~I'm liberated--- I must resign--but I'm a proud American! Laugh Laugh Laugh

Who r u preaching to Sir?

I read your message twice. I understood it even less the 2nd time.

It's like you're trying to say 50 things at one time, with all the words shuffled together.

I did at least get the part where if Glenn Beck was dying and you could save him, you'd watch him die. That part came through loud and clear.

You have serious problems. Yep that's word for word exactly what I said: Why leave the other cretin out of the mix?

You're a very sad case for a man!

Done!

Wait till those liberals find out that they will be the ones most effected by Saria law.

As it should be. Judges do not have the legal authority to add to the constitution. Federal judges cannot add to the U.S. constitution that is the job of Congress. And state judges cannot add to the states constitution, that is the job of the state's Congress.

Radical Muslims WILL NOT take over the world. I doubt they have the capacity, let alone the fact that they will not be embraced by the Collective Whole (capitalized both words for a New Agey effect 😛 ). No, but seriously...Our government, including the governments of other nations, DO fabricate "enemies" in order to push for legislation that entails sweeping measures especially in regards to militarization, ramping up the war efforts, occupation, etc. I think that if the <1% of radical Muslims that do decide to organize, galvanize and "unleash"...they will lose. They will lose against the Secular Leftists and they will lose against the Traditionalists. It's not a matter of "drawing the lines" that divide those distinct political philosophies, but rather, it will be a movement akin to the movement that prevented complete British Tyranny in India (and maybe even then I'm stretching it!).

Remember, there are over 30 million self-identifying Muslims in the United States. If we truly had to "worry" about the prospect of Radical Muslims taking over, then I'd understand what all the fuss and quivering is all about. However, I do not see these fears originating from a legitimate source. What I do see is people being led astray by our (s)elected officials. They will exploit people's unfounded fears (ala Beck, O'Reilly, Hannity, Coulter) in order to achieve political gain (however intangible it may be; it does not have to be a successful election result). I do not see the majority of the 30 million Muslims in the U.S. wreaking havoc or calling for people's heads on a silver, golden, bronze or any form of alloy-encrusted platter. There are even calls by some to combat the 3.3% birth rate increase of Muslims in Europe (link.

I am more concerned about the growing disparities of wealth in the entire Planet (not just the USofA), the continuing environmental degradation of the Earth Mother, intoxication of our water/air supply, lack of transparency in government, degenerating labor conditions with increased MNC investment in Third World Nations, Monsanto trying to re-engineer the Earth's crops...heck, even fluoridation of our freshwater supply than that illegitimate, irrational and disingenuous fear of "Radical Muslims".

It seems that Sotomayor is opening up the prospect of a possible case on the Wikileaks leak of information...frameworking the case in a way that would open up the possibility for the Court to curtail First Amendment Rights.
