Of course not, the war will never be over. They need to keep the public scared enough so they can pass things like this:

What is this Wonka, some kind of funhouse?
Why? Are you having fun?
A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men.

“For example, if the president is hospitalized and not fully alert, can a group of aggressive Cabinet members interpret a wink or a squeeze of the hand as approval of an autopen signing?”

We have proceedures for when a President is incapacited for short periods, forinstance when he may be hospitalized, outpatient surgury, or under an anestetic. If he is winking from a Hospital bed I doubt if its to sign a Bill. Myabe he was winking at the Nurse! Laugh

What kind of man, let alone President, would ever WINK at a Male nurse? Laugh Laugh Laugh

Anyone see the Arizona PD/SWAT shoot the homeowner 60 times? They filmed it, taped it, recorded it-------------whatever you wanna call it-------------not sure about where this country is headed.

So NO..............This war, or that war, or and any such or so called claims------------look as if they will never end.

War on Drugs, War on Terror................oh shoot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What were some of the others............anyway you are correct when you mention the word FEAR or SCARED. One thing and one thing only combats this fear tactic...............It's open and honest and 100% legal inquiry. I do it all the time, every chance I get and I do it whenever and where ever the opportunity presents itself. More people should try it.............first step is to stay educated...second stay connected to any and all local events that may affect your liberty........third and most important.........do not be afraid.

No body is going to take out a knife and fork and eat you!

It's stupid to be afraid to involve LE in any questionable activity, but worse is allowing then to trample on your civil liberties. Once you do that...............you are forever defeated.

Something going on out there in Arizona..........those of you near to there may want to sit up and take notice. 😉

Cole

PS. Isn't it clear now that Obama is just like all the rest, only he's left handed and the very first plugged in President ( wired ) if you will. Auto pen.......LOL...WTF!!!

Isn't that what a vice president is for?

Also the article reads:
"It was a matter the Justice Department considered in 2005, determining then that the word “sign” does not necessarily mean an active signature by the president himself. Rather, the Justice Department stated, “a person may sign a document by directing that his signature be affixed to it by another.”

Great, The government is changing the definitions of words to suit their needs. 😯

When we were kids on the pitch we used to call that " MAKING UP THE RULES AS WE WENT ALONG " Laugh Laugh

These kinds of things are the product of braniacs who've spent far too long in their think tank mentality. The kind of people who've never held a shovel or a rake, wouldn't know how to build a fire, or start a grill even if their life depended on it. Yet they know it all! 🙄 🙄 🙄
