the clerk, Greg Ebert ( a former law enforcement officer) at the gun shop is the hero of this story.
He called it in when many would not have.
Most owuld have been like, "creepy" and left it at that...or felt they were being overly sensative and racist. (this is probably what I would have done)
Maybe they would have mntioned the weirdo they came across earlier in the day to friends or family. Then later disaster would have struck, they'd be watching tv and go, "Oh my Go, that's THAT guy!"
But this clerks police instincts kicked in, and he called it in, and who knows how mnay lives were saved because of it.
