LOL. See that is where I find this completely contradictory. NORAD (in a signed letter) stated that in following the "spirit" of the FOIA (I believe their wording was "in good faith") searched for CIRVIS reports and found none. So, you are saying, you have a letter saying they (NORAD) did collect the CIRVIS reports, but no longer do?
(Feel free to post images and files on the board as well -- as others who read, but don't post, may find it of interest).
It was from an internal USAF document I required from one of my FOIA requests. They stated: "When submitted these reports were drafted by individual Command Post throughout the Air Force and were only transmitted to NORAD Command Center. No reports were ever transmitted to HQ USAF per AFI 10-1206 chapter 5, para 5.6.1 dated 15 October 2008. When 10-206 was rewritten on 6 September 2011 the CIRVIS report was deleted because NORAD no longer required the report."
Yes they did receive them, but not under the 2008 AFI 10-206, I am asking for the date from USAF to determine when the reports were stopped to NORAD.
