The editor of Darlington Football Club's fanzine has been banned from the club's ground after being compared to Hitler's director of propaganda.
David MacLean was compared to Joseph Goebbels by the club's chairman George Reynolds.
It blew up during a row over what Mr Reynolds called "hostile, vindictive and malicious" propaganda.
Mr Reynolds is believed to be unhappy with editions of Where's The Money Gone?
The chairman accused the teenager of inciting other fans to take part in hostile and disruptive" acts. He also said Hitler "would have been proud of Mr MacLean and awarded him the Iron Cross".
In a statement on the club's website, Mr Reynolds said Mr MacLean was warned he would be ejected from the club's Feethams Ground if he turned up for last Saturday's game.
The chairman said he ignored the warnings and was asked to leave the Rushden & Diamonds match.
David told the Northern Echo he was "shocked" at the decision and is considering taking his case to the Football Association.
However the newspaper reports the FA saying Mr Reynolds was within his rights to impose the ban.
